We climbed Mount Mallory on Aug 15, 2020. This was our 4th time came to Meysan Lake area. The hike was a little steep but enjoyable. Comparing to its neighbor, Mount Whitney, Meysan Lake is quiet and solitude.
The climb was Class 2 on scree and rocks. The last photo on this page shows the climbing route. To avoid the snow field around the arrow section, we picked up the small notch at right side of the snow field. It was steep but passable.
